This is a fresh pack of 100 pieces of Shitake (
Lentinula edodes
) wooden dowel Mushroom Plug spawn, fully colonized and ready for inoculating.  Shitake produces brown umbrella-shaped spongy caps that are very nutritious and medicinal.  Good for drying and reconstituting in winter soups.  Meaty texture when cooked.  Grows best on oak and maple.  Fruits throughout the growing season and responds well to commercial forced-fruiting production methods.  This is the Wide Range Shiitake strain.

• Shipping is calculated from USPS Zone 1, Staten Island, NY.

• Larger items may be shipped via USPS First Class, Parcel Post, FedEx, or UPS.

• Shipping quotes are valid for the Continental U.S. only.  A shipping quote must be obtained before shipping to Hawaii or Alaska.

Returns
