    Antique Victorian Style Turned Newel Post - C. 1880 Walnut Architectural Salvage. The dimensions are 5 1/2" x 5 1/2" x 40". This is a very ornate Victorian style heavily turned newel post with square base and an ornate large top finial. This has the original shellac (varnish) finish with an absolutely beautiful aged patina. This newel post is in great condition and is ready for installation!
