Antique Victorian Square Recessed Panel Newel Post - C. 1880 Quarter-Sawn Oak Architectural Salvage. The dimensions are 11 1/8" x 11 1/8" x 51" tall and the main body is 6 3/8" x 6 3/8". This is a very ornate Victorian style square complete newel post with very large finial, recessed panels, applied dentil molding and ornate Victorian detail. This newel post has the original shellac (varnish) finish with an absolutely beautiful aged patina. This newel post is in excellent condition and is ready for installation!
This is in Great condition with a beautiful old patina and are ready for display, use or your restoration. Please refer to the pictures and feel free to email with any questions.
