This is a very scarce 1891 book titled, New Album of Niagara Falls, N.Y.".  This little 5" x 6" hard cover book contains a neat fold-out set of photos by Charles Frey.  These fold-out from the center of the book and have NO tears or tatters.  Then the other side has a booklet titled, "Niagara, Chisolm's Complete Guide to the Grand Cataract".  It contains 48 pages that also have NO tears or tatters.  This early piece Niagara Falls history is in very good shape overall and will ship for FREE.  Thanks for viewing.....Triple K
