Book is 5-1/2 x 7-3/4 inches, 312-pp. Large (22 x 31) fold-out color map of the Island of Manhattan attached at rear of book. Map has some separation at some fold lines and joint lines (see scans; needs archival taping). Several large advertising ads on the map. Guide book has moderate wear and handling; well illustrated. Some very nice ads (in French) to do with New York City merchants. Still in acceptable and collectible condition. Scarce.
