Up for sale is a fully restored numbers matching 1968 427/390HP L36 Corvette Coupe. It's painted in a rare factory Silverstone silver on Gun metal interior combination. The original seats were vinyl but the owner upgraded to leather with the original restored seat frames. It is equipped with Speed Warning on the speedometer. It has gone thru an extensive 3 year nut and bolt frame off restoration that has photo documentation and over ,000.00 in receipts. The paint and body work was completed by the Vette Shop in Pipersville Pa. and is amazing. The mechanical was completed by the owner who is an ASE certified Master Tech. The drive line is numbers matching original. It has no P/B, P/S or A/C. It is equipped with the M20 4 speed coupled to a 3.08 posi rear. It has F70-15 bias ply tires. The correct date coded carburetor and distributor are on the engine. This car is show ready already winning a local show. There is currently 1,770 miles on the clock. The car when bought was a barn find in southern Maryland and had 52,000 miles on the clock prior to the restoration. The car has it's original T-tops that are painted and trimmed, they just need the headliner installed which I have. Currently I'm using glass mirrored T-tops purchased from Eklers Corvette because of my 6'4" height. These T-tops give me extra head room...plus they look great!! This car runs and drives great and handles well. We use the car occasionally for lunch, dinner and cruise ins. The reason for the sale is I've take on another project!! A 00 deposit is required as part of the sale, however it is FULLY REFUNDABLE if the buyer doesn't feel that the car was accurately represented. The owner does have a lift in his shop so the buyer can do a thorough inspection before taking delivery. I will deliver car within 100 miles of 21617 for free. There is a 1998 24' Haulmark trailer shown in the photos that is available for 00 if interested. Trailer is in good condition and I can send more photos upon request. It is equipped with a 12V 3000 lb winch. The trailer was mainly used for transporting the car so I'll no longer need it when car sells.
