The 1974 Chevrolet Corvette featured a new body-color rear-end treatment made to comply with a new five-mph rear-impact standard. The 1974 Corvette also defied industry sales trends by selling at or near its highest levels at a time when it should have done anything but, given the higher cost of gasoline and insurance, the sagging economy, and emasculated powertrains. Also, the Corvette marked a new high for luxury, which by that point was no longer the contradiction in terms it once was. The Corvette had evolved into a very refined grand touring car with plenty of creature comforts and far greater reliability than most of its more-exotic competition.
Our beautiful 1974 Vette sports a pearl white paint job with nice gold interior! With a mildly built original 350, V-8 engine, backed by a 400 automatic transmission, this Vette sounds and performs more like a muscle car than a typical mid-seventies Corvette! General Terms
AVAILABILITY
: We advertise our inventory across multiple websites. It is best practice to inquire about the advertised vehicle prior to purchasing in order confirm that it was not already sold. Vehicles may be sold prior to its eBay advertising ending, and we reserve the right to end advertising/listing early or to cancel any and all bids/offers solely at our discretion and shall not be held liable for any such cancellation.  In the event that a bidder has the winning bid or finalizes the buy it now price, but did not check availability and the vehicle was sold before a deposit and contracts were executed, then we are not liable nor responsible.
NO EXPRESSED WARRANTY:
We have not inspected the Vehicle for sale and provides no express warranty on the Vehicle. Purchaser has inspected the Vehicle or has had the opportunity to inspect the vehicle. The Parties acknowledge that the Dealer has no reason to know of any particular purpose for which the Vehicle is being purchased and Purchaser is not relying on the seller’s skill or judgment to select or furnish the Vehicle.
IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MECHANTABILITY:
The Parties acknowledge that the implied warranty of merchantability is a relative concept and Dealer is only required to warrant the car is ordinarily fit for the use to which other cars of the same vintage era.
PAYMENT
: We require a non-refundable ,000 deposit within 24 hours of offer being placed.  A deposit is a commitment to purchase and is applied towards the purchase price. The commitment to purchase is not contingent upon inspection, financing, or any other terms or conditions.
We require full payment within 7 days of offer acceptance, unless other arrangements are agreed to in writing.
If the deposit and/or full payment are not provided within said time frame, all vehicles will be relisted and transaction will be considered null and void.
We accept wire transfer (preferred), cashier's check, personal check (vehicle shipment will be delayed until check clears), ACH, credit cards (for the agreed deposit amount only and will incur a 3% fee), and in person cash payments. We also offer vehicle financing, please inquire for details prior to making bids/offers.  PayPal and American Express is not accepted.
VEHICLE RELEASE:
Signed purchase packet which shall include but not limited to the purchase contract, cleared payment in full, and a copy of your driver's license will be needed before the vehicle is released.
Fees and Taxes
All finalized transactions will have additional charges if applicable which could include the following: sales tax, title fees, license & registration fees, and other additional government or licensing agency charges to register the vehicle.  The purchaser is responsible for these charges.
The advertised price and winning auction bids shall include a administration fee of 7.63.
All credit cards are charged a 3% convenient fee.
