The Corvette has always had a longstanding tradition of being a performance car being ahead of its time since its introduction as a roadster in 1953. This car coming out of the year 1991 shows as a shining example of both a performance sports car and a vehicle that seemed space age for its era. Powered by an L98 350 cubic inch V8 and backed by an easy to use automatic transmission, this car is fun for just about every driver who can sit behind the wheel. This already healthy 8 cylinder is enhanced by a Procharger (external supercharger) to give this dark performance machine even more horsepower on tap. This engine exhales through a set of aftermarket headers that go back to a set of chambered mufflers to produce a brooding, throaty, and deep exhaust note. The metallic gray paint is matched well by a dark gray color leather interior which is outfitted with features that may surprise some judging by the cars age. Features include air conditioning, digital and analog instrument cluster, power seats with lumbar support, power windows, ride control, and cruise control making for an enjoyable but fun ride. The Corvette also comes as a targa top optioned vehicle for when you just want to remove the roof and enjoy a nice day exposing yourself to the elements. Finally this cars look is completed by adding a set of wheels off of a C5 Corvette, giving this car a nice updated look. [ omitted ]. General Terms
AVAILABILITY
: We advertise our inventory across multiple websites. It is best practice to inquire about the advertised vehicle prior to purchasing in order confirm that it was not already sold. Vehicles may be sold prior to its eBay advertising ending, and we reserve the right to end advertising/listing early or to cancel any and all bids/offers solely at our discretion and shall not be held liable for any such cancellation.  In the event that a bidder has the winning bid or finalizes the buy it now price, but did not check availability and the vehicle was sold before a deposit and contracts were executed, then we are not liable nor responsible.
AS-IS WHERE-IS
: All vehicles are sold on an AS-IS WHERE-IS basis.  Having a third party inspection and addressing any concerns is recommended prior to purchase.  It is the sole responsibility of the purchaser to verify all advertisements which shall include but not limited to options, accessories, and vehicle condition before time of sale.  If the purchaser chooses to waive an inspection, the AS-IS WHERE-IS is still enforced.  Any concerns will not be addressed post sale as the sale is final without cures or remedies.
PAYMENT
: We require a non-refundable ,000 deposit within 24 hours of offer being placed.  A deposit is a commitment to purchase and is applied towards the purchase price. The commitment to purchase is not contingent upon inspection, financing, or any other terms or conditions.
We require full payment within 7 days of offer acceptance, unless other arrangements are agreed to in writing.
If the deposit and/or full payment are not provided within said time frame, all vehicles will be relisted and transaction will be considered null and void.
We accept wire transfer (preferred), cashier's check, personal check (vehicle shipment will be delayed until check clears), ACH, credit cards (for the agreed deposit amount only and will incur a 3% fee), and in person cash payments. We also offer vehicle financing, please inquire for details prior to making bids/offers.  PayPal and American Express is not accepted.
VEHICLE RELEASE
: Signed purchase packet which shall include but not limited to the purchase contract, cleared payment in full, and a copy of your driver's license will be needed before the vehicle is released.
Fees and Taxes
All finalized transactions will have additional charges if applicable which could include the following: sales tax, title fees, license & registration fees, and other additional government or licensing agency charges to register the vehicle.  The purchaser is responsible for these charges.
The advertised price and winning auction bids shall include a service fee of 7.63.
All credit cards are charged a 3% convenient fee.
