    This is a brand new, homemade  dress in child's size 4.    Pattern lists the following  measurements:  Chest 23 inches, Waist of 21 inches.  Dress measures 21 i
    nches in length and is designed to fall mid knee or longer.  The dress  is made from yellow cotton fabric with ABC's and 123's all over it.
    It has a v-neckline, red rickrack trim, and back zipper.    Great item for church or school.  Perfect for Back to School wear!!
