Antique newel post cap from Temple/Lodge/Church/Masonic? in oak

Antique electrified newel post cap from Temple/Lodge/Church/ Masonic ? in oak. It is 37.5” tall. The base at the widest is 10.5” x 10.5”. There is 7 lightbulb sockets- the wiring needs to be replaced.there seams to be a small piece of molding missing where the shaft hits the base (see photos).  Gilding to the carving on base. Original finish crackled with age.
