    Description

    Circa 1830 - 1845 Historical Staffordshire plate with a "View Of The Cattskill Mountain House N Y Jacksons Warranted" in the harder to find purple/mulberry color.
    This plate is listed on page 160 of "American Historical Views On Staffordshire China" by Ellouise Baker Larsen (see picture #6).
    It is about 10 1/4" wide.
    I expected this plate carefully. The only issues are from in-the-making.
    It is in excellent original condition. There is no damage. There is no crazing, discoloration, or surface wear. Picture #5 is an in-the-making rough spot that was not glazed over. This piece displays exceptionally well.
    My pictures don't always project the ideal image. I have serious problems with glare and lighting. Please don't hesitate to ask any questions, especially photo related ones.
