Complete billet aluminum Delta two piece switch box.
This our all new CNC machined aluminum two piece switch box, furnished complete with your choice of a new Pass-Seymour commercial grade 115V or 220V toggle switch and your choice of any of four styles of Delta reproduction switch plates.
The original two piece Delta cie cast switch box was used on vintage 50's and 60's Delta saws and heavy duty shapers.  Our billet aluminum box is a heavy duty direct fit bolt on replacement for the OEM switch box.
The box is complete with both cable clamp pieces and comes furnished with new stainless steel screws to mount the clamp halves to the front and rear box components, and with stainless steel screws to mount the front half of the box to the rear half of the box.
The incoming power cord opening is sized to fit a maximum .433 diameter cord.  12/3 Type SJOOW  power cord with a 20 amp carrying capacity is recommended.
The 115V switch is a commercial grade Pass-Seymour 20A rated single pole switch, with your choice of a gray or red toggle lever.  The switch brackets have been modified to fit perfectly in the switch box and to nest correctly behind the switch box cover plate.
The 220V switch is a similar commercial grade Pass-Seymour switch, but with a double pole configuration.  For this switch,  you are limited to a dark brown (appears almost black) toggle color.  These swtiches have similarly modified brackets to insure the correct fit in the Delta OEM swirtch box.
The purchaser can also choose between any one of the four Delta cover plates shown in the photos.
The choices are:
the orginal Delta Unisaw plate
the Delta/Rockwell Unisaw plate
a red Delta Mfg. plate
a black Delta Mfg. plate
These top quality plates are stainless steel silkscreened reproductions of the OEM aluminum switch plates.

The complete box as offered here also includes stainless screws for mounting the switch, a crimp-on terminal for the ground wire, a green ground screw, and stainless screws for attaching the cover plate to the switch box.
