COMPLETE FENCE HEAD CASTING - for a VINTAGE DELTA 14" BAND SAW - ALL NEW PARTS

Complete fence head casting for a vintage Delta 14” band saw.
The die cast fence head is a new-old-stock original Delta part.  The additional components are all new CNC machined parts to make this a complete and functional unit.
Secure it to your fence beam and you have a complete fence.
Here’s what you get:
The lock shaft consists of a stainless steel 7/16” diameter shaft with a 1.625” diameter CNC machined billet aluminum fluted knob.  The shaft has an aluminum clamp collar on it to space it properly from the casting bore’s surface.  A hard fiber washer is included for installation between the casting and the shaft collar.
The interior clamp block is CNC machined from billet aluminum with two integral guide pins to align it with the head casting.  The clamp block pinches the casting to the front rail on the band saw table.
The Micro-adjust shaft consists of a CNC machined geared shaft that has been black oxide plated for corrosion protection and a matching custom machined billet aluminum fluted knob.
A hard fiber washer is included to go between the Micro-adjust knob’s backside and the casting.
The Micro-adjust knob is secured in the head casting with a ¼-20 set screw.
A black plastic plug is included to dress up the top hole in the head casting, if a rear clamp block rod is not part of your original fence beam.
