"Look ma ... no fan hub!" we yelled when we first made the prototype for this cable. Ma didn't really care but we thought it was cool anyway.
After all, needing an RGB LED Fan Hub for just an extra fan or two is a bit much, don't you think? Yeah, we do to. So we've put together this cable that allows you to connect up to two Corsair RGB LED fans directly to the Lighting Channel on your Corsair Lighting Node Pro or Commander Pro ... no fan hub required! Inspired by the RGB Fan connectors on the Platinum series coolers and with a little prodding by our friend Solarity (of
Solarity Technology on YouTube
), this cable daisy-chains one fan to the next, allowing you to configure them in iCue as if they were connected to a Fan Hub - so they'll be independently controllable and configurable. And the cable is built from black ribbon cable that's similar in appearance to the Corsair stock fan cables but it's super-flexible - making it really easy to route and bend any which way.
By the way, we do
not
recommend that you use an RGB Fan Splitter with this cable. However, using any of our RGB Fan extensions will work just fine!
Take a look at our other listings for additional cable options, including RGB LED Fan Hub cables, RGB Strip extensions, and additional lengths.
