~This is a single stainless steel enclosure housing two separate Size 1 starters, each with their own throw lever. This starter system was a custom order from Cutler Hammer - most likely for the food industry, but they can be used in any application where two separate Size 1 starters are needed - as in needing to start two motors up to 10 HP at 480 volt, or two 5 HP motors at 240 volt. Bonus: Stainless Steel Enclosure!! Dustproof!!
These units feature:
(2) Unlinked Size 1 Starters - intended for two separate applications (this is NOT a soft start or reversing unit!!)
(2) seperate 30 amp fuse blocks - one for each starter
(2) separate control transformers - one for each starter
(2) "hand-off-auto" switches on the cover
(2) indicator lights on the cover
(2) "reset" buttons on the cover (as seen in the photographs)
