Delta 41-034 sheave replacement, cast iron 2-3/4", 3/4" bore

Description

This is a nice cast iron 2-3/4" sheave to replace the Delta 41-034 alloy pulley.   This has a 5/8" bore.  This sheave was used on the following Delta machines:  46-221, 46-223, 46-541, 46-542, 46-543, 46-544.
Sheaves are accurately machined from gray cast iron, statically balanced, painted.  All are furnished with standard key ways and set screws. All set screws are 5/16-18 knurled.
Sheaves are phosphorated before painting to prevent rust and increase cohesion between paint and metal. The durable, machine gray, baked enamel outer finish offers a long-lasting clean appearance.
All sheaves are balanced for smooth trouble free operation.
