Delta 41-064 sheave replacement, cast iron 4", 3/4" bore

Description

This is a nice cast iron 4" sheave to replace the Delta 41-064 alloy pulley.   This has a 3/4" bore.  This sheave was used on the following Delta machines:  1402, 22-200, 22-201, 22-202, 22-203, 22-204, 28-211, 28-200, 28-230, 28-240, 28-285, 28-290, 28-213, 28-223, 28-297, 28-305, 31-550, 31-552, 31-576.
Sheaves are accurately machined from gray cast iron, statically balanced, painted.  All are furnished with standard key ways and set screws. All set screws are 5/16-18 knurled.
Sheaves are phosphorated before painting to prevent rust and increase cohesion between paint and metal. The durable, machine gray, baked enamel outer finish offers a long-lasting clean appearance.
All sheaves are balanced for smooth trouble free operation.
