Delta Rockwell Shaper HD Light? Arbor Nut And Washer 1/2 Arbor

Delta Rockwell Shaper.
The treaded end is 1/2 diameter and roughly 2 1/4 long. The other end is 5/8 diameter and roughy 1 1/4 to the taper. The diameter after the taper is just under 1”
I’ll be the first to admit when I don’t know much about something. Shapers are one of them. I have a bunch a parts to them but I have never used one or even seen one assembled. These parts are part of a lot that I purchased
