This hazy glass is known as clambroth and it's likely this item was produced by Tiffin
Clambroth glass is a milky grayish color and is somewhat opaque or translucent, like clam broth. It was made by several factories in the United States and England. Some pieces of clambroth glass date back to the 1880s, the middle of the Victorian era.
Because of the number of factory straw marks (these are not cracks) and the unfinished (somewhat rough) mold lines, I believe this item dates to the early part of the 1900s.
