Turn this F3-2-1/2"-MS2 Drill-Tap Fixture.  It comes with instructions, which may be a little unusual because the product was manufactured in China, and the English translation didn't quite go perfectly. ("Amount to the same thing that changing clamp.")  The bottom line is that the Drill Tap is in great condition and should be a very useful tool for you.
