--- Not sure of the date code on the bottom of the box (inside the box is a flyer dated 1985, the date code could be in the 1990's, see photo).  Some oxidation seen on the bushing and on the inside of the cutter shaft.  A little oxidation seen on the cutter edges.  I don't know if this was ever used but my impression is it wasn't, but I'm not sure.  box indicates 1/2" T-Bushings.
