Items are retail returns, meaning each device was returned by the customer less than 2 weeks of ownership. In most cases we find that customers return their tech purchases due to buyer's remorse. They have been reset to its original factory settings and are in Grade A condition. This means that the product will be in overall excellent cosmetic condition but may include minor blemishes that do not affect performance. The operating system is in its original manufactured state. Product will include original power cord or power adapter. Product screen is in near perfect condition. May be missing owner's manual. Will come in its original box. Box Condition will vary.

We understand that sometimes things happen. It is our hope that all of our products make it to each customer and work as longs as possible, but errors do happen. We test out each product one at a time, by hand, to see if the item works and is good for resale. But we are human (most days). Sometimes while we test an item, we make a mistake and miss an issue.
In the event that an Item is malfunctioning upon receiving, or has an issue that pops up shortly after, we allow returns of the product up to 30 days from delivery conformation. We will send out a full refund once the item has been confirmed to have arrived back at our facility.

Product will ship UPS Ground or with USPS at a Rate Fee up to . Additional fees may apply for multiple orders. We will ship to the 48 continental US only. No international shipping.
We are open from 9AM CST to 5PM CST Monday through Friday. Closed on these days for 2022.
