Large Lot of Antique 1940s Dollhouse Furniture in Wood & Metal & Fabric.
These were played with by a young girl in the 1940s.
To help with scale, the fabric covered couch measures 7” x 2-1/2” x 3” tall. It is on a wood frame and stamped MADE IN JAPAN. The couch has 2 matching chairs.
Most of the furniture, the kitchen appliances and the bathroom fixtures are made of wood. There is a mantle clock, a table radio, a grandfather clock, a floor radio, a floor ashtray stand and a log basket, all in wood.
There is a metal dining table with 4 chairs and a matching buffet. There are lamps and other cool accessories.
Even though these are not all the same scale, it didn’t stop a little girl with a big imagination from spending hours playing with her dollhouse!
