These were purchased at an electronics liquidation earlier this year, and they were brand new in the original factory boxes.  We repackaged them in heavy Ziplok bags for resale.  Picture #5 appears to show only two pieces in the bags, however, they are arranged face-to-face (2 x 2) in order to make them ship compactly.
