Men's 28 w Short shorts 1970's vintage Euro White 4 pocket + belt New NWT

1970's to early 1980's old store stock, new with tag, no flaws. 100% Cotton.  Bordeaux brand, made in Hong Kong. No elastic on waist- only a snap button and a wrap around belt with loop closure. Long Zipper, 4 pockets. Short Length: only 12" out seam ( top of short to bottom) These will show a lot of leg. Will only fit Men's waists of 27" or 28" ( laid flat, it's 14.5" each side=29" exactly, suppose to be firm fitting.
Men's current 28" No elastic, will only fit 27" or 28" waists.  12" out seam ( or total length), 2.5" inseam, 11" rise.. 11" leg openings.
