Apparently this dress had a belt with it.  I got a great deal on it because of that, and I am passing on the savings.  This dress is just gorgeous!  It is a black and royal blue floral brocade.  The roses shine like the moon, as they are a metallic thread.  A satin lining keeps precious skin from getting chafed.  Add a black or blue satin ribbon for a belt (although it's not needed)  and you have a wonderful dress at a fraction of the price!
DRESS:  Chest: 22" around   Length: 21" from shoulder to hem including ruffle  Waist: 20"
Although New Without Tags, this dress has been washed in perfume-free, dye-free soap and dried in the dryer the same way.  That way I know it did not shrink, fray or discolor, and
you know it will be clean when you receive it.  You cannot be too careful with your children right now.
Non-smoking house. No returns accepted, but I will do everything I can to make this a happy transaction. I have very high standards and will not sell anything that does not look like it is in perfect condition.   This will be mailed 1st class, tracked, but won't include the hanger unless you want to pay extra for the postage.   I will shipping for combine any other kid's clothes and anything else in my store.
