NWT Girl’s Peppermint Dress - Size 10/12

Up for bids I have this beautiful dress for girls from the boutique brand Peppermint.
I went on vacation a few years ago to the Philippines and did some shopping at the Children’s Boutique Peppermint.
Their style of clothing reminded me a lot of Janie and Jack here in the United States.
My daughter never wore this dress and by now, 3 years after our trip, definitely doesn’t fit her anymore.
The dress is absolutely gorgeous, zippers in the back, has side pockets and is fully lined. Also, has cute flowers appliqué on the collar.
The print features cute birds with different glasses and hats. Perfect Easter outfit and a must summer dress.
The dress tag says 18, that definitely is different from USA sizing. To me the dress is size 10-12
3 years ago when I bought it, my daughter was 7 yo but has always been 2 sizes up from her age.
