In 1996, PEZ issued a character they called Bubbleman.  The date stamped on the originals says 1992 but for some reason they were not issued until 1996 and then only as a mail in premium. In the original series, the hats are all light green and the stem color varies. In 1997,
some Bubblemen were
put on Slovenia stems.  There is a difference in the color shades between Hungary and Slovenia stems. The Green stems had many color versions ranging from dark green to light green to neon green .
In 1998, they issued a neon colored set. In the neon color set, the hat matches the stem color.   In 1999, a crystal Bubbleman set was issued.  In 2000, a glowing Bubbleman appeared.
This listing is for the Three 4.9 Bubbleman Series issued in 1996, 1998, and 1999.

colors
may not be currently available. More colors are in existence than shown in the picture.  Use the pull down menu to select from available Colors.  If more than one different item is desired, select one and then come back to select another.
