It has a Ball Bearing Pilot and is
made in America

Taiwan.  There is the ½” shank that drives the 1-3/8” cutting edge,
which includes ¾” radius cove, a 9/64” radius bead, and a fillet with
the height of 3/32”.  A classic combination of two styles commonly
used in furniture and cabinetry.  The bit has the new chip limiting
design which provides better control.  The solid black-oxide body is
CNC ground for accuracy, balance, and chip-limiting.  The carbide
is superior micrograin, specially formulated and exclusive to
Porter-Cable‘s carbide router bits.
