Shipped with USPS Priority Mail. This dress comes alive on stage, My DGD has many overalls to prove it.  The 2 big bows can come off , they are based in.  Heart shaped opening in the back.  We put a crinoline underneath when we needed it shorter, and hooks in the back to adjust for growth.  We used it as long as we could until my DGB outgrew it.  It may fit 12 months.  It just looks brilliant on stage.  I take excellent care of my pageant dresses, and my home is pet and smoke free.. I found matching bloomers at a pageant store and ordered them from Sarah Taylor and the color is called Mango.  Not a light peach, pictures do not do the dress justice    The color is called Mango!
