Fabulous shot of the greatest racehorse of all time, Secretariat signed by legendary owner Penny Chenery (D) and hall of fame rider Ronnie Turcotte in blue and black sharpie. Inscribed by Penny "To Madison" there is a slight removal smudge on the "T" in "To" in the upper left-hand corner. It could easily trimmed or matted over.
