Vintage 1980's- 1990's. Elastic is strong, really nice colors and design. Inside white liner, drawstring, 2 side pockets, no fly. Laid flat on table these are 26" waist, will stretch up to 38" so would best fit 28-32" waists.  These scream 1990's! don't miss out on this comfortable pair good for casual wear or for swimming/Beach fun. Sideout brand sold at Mervyn's and target. Slightly used, very clean, no flaws.
Only wash in cold temps, mild dry. Never put in a hot wash/dryer.
