This listing is for the LCD / touchscreen replacement repair service of one (1) Trimble TSC3 or Ranger 3 Data Collector. All repairs have a same day or 1 day turnaround time, with 1 day being most typical.
Includes:
- Replacement of LCD screen with new crystal-clear touchscreen.
- Free return shipping to the contiguous United States.
- Free diagnostics, if your device can't be repaired you only pay for the return shipping.
Please note that this is an LCD & touchscreen repair service only. If it is determined that the screen is not the issue, but rather there is a motherboard malfunction due to water damage etc... then your device will be returned with a full refund, return shipping not included.
IMPORTANT: We highly recommend that you not attempt to replace the screen yourself, unless you have a strong background in electronics repair. We've seen many data collectors severely damaged by DIYers.   If you've attempted to repair your own screen and have damaged something in the process then please call or email before sending your unit to us, depending on what was damaged, we may be able to repair the unit at an additional cost.

After purchasing our repair service, simply ship your data collector(s) to us through your preferred carrier, please do not include any accessories (stylus, case, or back strap). You may include the device's battery, however, it is not needed for us to repair your device. Your printed eBay or PayPal order sheet with your return mailing address should be included inside the box.
All returned items will be shipped free of charge through USPS Priority Mail.  We also offer USPS, UPS, & FedEx overnight shipping options on the checkout page at an additional charge.
Free shipping to the contiguous United States (lower 48 states) only.
All replacement LCD & touchscreens are guaranteed to be free of defects and fully operational for a period of 90 days after the return shipping date. Any issues arising with the LCD screen or touchscreen replacement within that period will be repaired free of charge, parts included.
