intage 90s Salsa flip lock, quick release seatpost clamp, color Black, size 34.9mm.  I purchased this brand new in the late 90s and it was lightly used on a commuting and sidewalk cruising bike.  This is an original vintage part made by Salsa and was made before the company started adding their logo.  It has a more simpler appearance than the current parts.  If you are looking a cleanly designed and smooth operating seatpost clamp this is a very good choice.  Please check the pictures, clamp is in Excellent condition but it is sold As-Is.
