Vintage Florenza Trinket / Pill Box with Sapphire Blue Baguette Rhinestone

This cute little pill box is an estate sale find.
The Baguette shaped stone is bright and flashy but does have a couple of scratches. Please inspect photos and video.
I don't know if this is 50s or 60s. Sources say both.
Measures approximately 1 inch wide x 7/8 inch tall x 3/4 deep.
