Estimate circa 1980s or 1990s (if you collect, you’ll know). See the label.
NOT a stretchy fabric but the waist does have some stretch as it is elastic.
Size S.
Resting, waist measures 11 1/4” from side to side. Pulled unreasonably and unrealistically taught goes up to 17” from side to side. In my opinion, the waist most reasonably stretches up to 13” or 14”. I do not think you’d want the waist any tighter. So, I’d say 28” waist max. See pics for other measurements.
