    My mother was a Stanley Home Products representative for many years, from 1965 to 2007. I think this is probably from her earlier days in Stanhome, as I am not familiar with the design or its name. I  think it's probably a wall broom head for removing dust and cobwebs.
    The bristles are very soft, but I don't know what type of handle or connector it needs. Anyway, I thought I'd put it here on eBay for those of you out there who like these old brushes / brooms. Thanks for looking.
