racing from the 1930s through 1960
He was very successful with over a 105 victories in his career.
Tommy was also one of the first drivers to gain sponsorship for his race car,
Paving the way for future drivers to be able to participate.
This signed photo which part of a personal collection that belonged to a former
vice president of Richmond International Speedway.
