Not a stretchy fabric. But, waist has stretch as it is elastic. Has a straw string.
Size small.

Inseam (crotch seam to end of leg) is 4 1/2”.
Color is dark blue or navy blue with white.
Embroidered logo on right front leg.
Logo fabric above hem goers all the way around each logo (so it is in front and on back).
Could be worn by anyone... by him or by her (depending on your style) if the measurements work for you.
No lining and there never was any. May be intended as soccer shorts? Could be worn for running, other athletic activities or just as a fashion statement.
