Resting, waist measures 15 3/4” from side to side. Pulled very taught, goes up to 21 3/4” but it would NOT be reasonable to pull or wear this taught. In my option, they more reasonably stretch up to the 18” to 19” from side to side range.
These are short shorts. Inseam (crotch seam to end of leg) measures 1 5/8”.
Bottom of leg measures 14 1/2” from side to side.
