Description
A beautiful collectible 4 stamp block set of U.S. postage stamps issued on Sept 1st, 1952 to commemorate the 100th anniversary of Society of Civil Engineers and to honor America's Civil Engineers.The stamps feature the George Washington Bridge and a covered bridge from the 1850's.
These stamps have never been used and are as fresh as the day they were sold at the post office almost 70 years ago! Suitable for framing, they would make a great gift for anyone who has travelled over this bridge or your favorite civil engineer.
